Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it for a refund within 30 days of placing your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
The refund is the full cost of the kineticle™ products being returned, excluding shipping. The postage costs incurred returning the item to us, will not be refunded.
Please contact us before you make the return. That way we can process your return efficiently.
As soon as the return package is shipped, please send us the tracking code via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as the article is received, we will refund you the purchase amount within 2 working days. When returning your order, please do not forget to mention your order number.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 5 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it!
kineticle™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, kineticle™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
